NOTE: This post closes out my 2024 end-of-year<\/a> and 2025 start-of-year<\/a> series, and I’m looking forward to a break. I will likely post once a week at most through the end of February. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think my wish list this year is the smallest it has ever been. But, before I jump in, I will acknowledge that I didn’t, technically, cross anything off of last year’s list<\/a>. I received the three pens I’d commissioned at the beginning of the year: the 3D scrollwork sleeve<\/a>, the Eowyn, and the Pride and Prejudice<\/a> pen. And I commissioned, but haven’t yet received, the Tailored Pen Co. Trekker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Now, let’s look at my current wish list. Once again, I’m dividing this list into two sections: Commissioned and Want. Per usual, the lists are in alphabetical order by brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commissioned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Stanford Pen Studio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have another commission in the works from SPS, this time from Lana le Roux. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing it, whenever that may be, given that she’s so busy. I also got two of the Intwana pens as part of their crowdfunder, which should make it to me by April.

Tailored Pen Co<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have a commission on Tailored Pen Co’s list for one of their Trekker model<\/a> pens in their Bee\u2019s Knees<\/a> material.

Want<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since I have no idea when the two commissions will be ready, I won’t make myself wait until I have them to purchase any other pens. However, as I said in my purchasing habits post<\/a>, I’m going to do my best to wait until I have the money saved up for a pen before buying it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cypress<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I’m still interested in the Maple in the Forest<\/a>. However, when I looked buying it last year, the model was no longer listed on Cypress’ website. I’m going to try reaching out to them once I have the money available to see if I can order it as a commission. I honestly don’t even know if they’re accepting commissions now that they’ve grown so much.

Drewnem Pisane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yep, still on this list. I WILL get one of their pens this year. I will<\/em>. Really.

Stanford Pen Studio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once my commission from Lana le Roux is complete, I’d like to commission something from Zelna le Roux, if she’s accepting commissions. And, I’d still like one of Di’s pens if she can ever find time to make another.

So… yeah… that’s everything I’m actively looking to acquire this year. We’ll see if I can get them all crossed off my list. That would be nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
