Review
NOTE: This review is based on an eBook I borrowed from Amazon as part of the Kindle Unlimited program.
I enjoyed the general storyline of A Season for Elizabeth Bennet, but the pacing was slower than I would like. The book felt like it dragged on, and there was no real “push” to find out what happened next.
Whether it’s because I’ve read so many Pride and Prejudice variations or because this one was particularly obvious, I’m not sure, but the pairings were clear almost as soon as both characters from the pair met.
If you’re looking for a calm, easy read with a HEA, this could be for you, but I found it a bit dull.
Have you read A Season for Elizabeth Bennet? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.
